Carole and the team have been with us throughout our employee ownership journey — from the early discussions through to the transition itself. Their experience, calm direction and deep understanding of the model have been invaluable. This recognition reflects not just the work of everyone at 20/20, but also the outstanding support we’ve received along the way.”

The model has strengthened our culture, deepened engagement across the team, and reinforced our long-term commitment to quality and learning. As employees, we all share in the success of the business — and that sense of collective ownership has made us stronger, more aligned and more resilient. Winning this award is a wonderful recognition of the positive impact employee ownership has had on both our business and our people.”

Being part of an employee owned business means every voice genuinely matters. This award celebrates the collective effort of the whole team and the trust, transparency, and shared responsibility we’ve built together. We’re thrilled that our commitment to people powered growth has been recognised nationally.”
