As Founder and Director of Ownership Associates, Carole has worked with hundreds of companies across all sectors to design and implement Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structures that secure long-term independence and strengthen company culture.

Martin Stucki is a former CEO who led an international engineering consultancy through 13 years of growth—from 50 to 130 staff—before successfully transitioning it to employee ownership in 2023. Based in Edinburgh since 2019, he helps SME leaders design, implement, and operate governance systems that enable entrepreneurial success.
Martin supports business leaders navigating strategic renewal with purpose and clarity, focusing on governance frameworks that foster accountability, innovation, and long-term value creation. His 2024 research, “Employee-owned Entrepreneurship: Lessons from and for Scottish SMEs,” highly commended by the Nigel Mason Award (Oxford), offers practical insights into how employee ownership can boost performance and resilience.
